Reflective schtuff

Disgusted eyes stared blankly at me as i did not take part in the vulgar activity, but i was guilty by association. All I could do was put my head down and ignore the terrible situation. This all occured recently while i regretfully joined my friends to a dinner at Chili's. i was hoping that the night would alter my negative mood into a more joyful and mirthful one. Although, i was disappointed to find myself among the cruel and insensitive kids that our youth society has become. We were having usual teen conversations until a table near us was beginning to get agitated with our loudness and profanity. i naturally tone it down and feel sorry for creating a problem. But, i mistakenly assumed my peers would do the same. Instead, my friends began to intentionally get louder and more vulgar with their language. As the mocking continued, I couldn't help but realize that i was with some of the considerably nicest students in the school, yet i was ashamed to be friends with them.
About a year ago, i was beside an entirely different group of friends, all who unanimously decided to shoot passing cars on the highway with a bb gun. I didnt take part in it, but i stood next to my friends as they all, without a pinch of their conscience, made small dents in random people's cars. Despite me lacking the courage to tell them of their disrespect, i was unable to understand how anyone could do something so pointless and insensitive. I stood motionless, being tortured by the noise of the small pellet being shot into the undeserving metal driving down the street. The clanking of metal was then harmonized with their cynical laughs. The two joined together to sing a song of regret and shame.
These are merely misdemeanors of the society we now live in. Constantly, the elders are setting up negative influences for the younger generations to be exposed to. They then imitate, and intensify the crimes to influence the generation after them. Despite our improvements and innovations in technology and our intelligence, we are becoming less and less aware and obedient to morals, and our consideration for others is diminishing. Throughout life, being tempted by "beautiful" sins is inevitable. Although, one cannot condone the increasingly occuring times in which people succumb to these temptations. As the human race progresses, people are beginning to succumb to more inonsiderate, hurtful, and dangerous crimes. It appears as if every gerneration must "step it up" a level from the last. Conclusively, The disrespect and cruelty displayed in the youth today is just overwhelming, and the future generations are doomed to be even worse.
